Our goal is to make every photo day as efficient and hassle-free as possible - from the actual photo process, through ordering and delivery. We also believe that photo day should be fun and creative.  But, most of all, we are committed to creating images so fabulous that athletes, schools, and families are dying to show them off.

EFFICIENT

Using the latest technology, we cut the average photo day time in half. Since our ordering system works with facial recognition, we no longer have to check in each individual athlete. No more messy handwriting to decipher, paperwork to keep track of, or forms to lose. We also coordinate with coaches and/or athletic directors to ensure an efficient rotation of teams when photographing multiple levels.

PAPERLESS

Our studio has partnered with PhotoDay to give parents (and coaches) a convenient paperless system - start to finish! No more paper order forms. No more photo packets to hand out (we ship straight to the customer). You simply send a text to your parents (the text of which we provide) and you're done!! And...should any issues arise, parents are directed to US - not you - for resolution.

PROFESSIONAL

We understand that photo days can be chaotic and frustrating - and we've got solutions. We have a process for gathering and disseminating all relevant information to coaches, athletes, and photo day organizers - from scheduling, to gathering rosters, to providing all necessary text for parent communication. We also have a fully trained team working to answer questions and address any issues that arise, both on photo day and through the delivery process. We guarantee our products and our workflow so that you can relax knowing that your athletes and their familes will be well taken care of.

BOOK YOUR TEAM

  • Call us to schedule your team
  • Choose between Green Screen or Traditional Photos - click HERE to see the difference
  • Create a Photo Day schedule (we'll help) and share with all coaches/athletes
  • Send the "Photo Day Prep" e-mail (provided) to all relevant parties
  • Send the Prepay Information Flyer (provided) to parents for ordering.

PHOTO DAY

  • Remind coaches/athletes to have all players come dressed head to toe in game day attire. 
  • Have all appropriate props available (balls, bats, gloves, etc.) for individual photos.

POST PHOTO DAY

  • Send the Marketing Flyer (provided) to parents for gallery launch.
